David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Greek speaking Conversion & Client Relations Representative for their Limassol office.
Position: Client Relations Officer
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Employment type: Full-time
Work model: hybrid after training period (4 days office, 1 day home)
Remuneration: Base salary + commissions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contact prospective and existing clients through outbound communication
Guide clients through account opening, verification, funding, and onboarding processes
Manage the full conversion cycle from lead qualification to first deposit
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients
Support client retention initiatives and identify opportunities to increase client engagement
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and market offerings
Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
Deliver exceptional client service and ensure a positive customer experience
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within CRM systems
Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless client support
Contribute to the development and growth of the Greek market
Meet individual performance and conversion targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native / fluent in Greek and both written and verbal. Good command in English (at least B2 level)
Previous experience within Conversion, Retention, Client Relations, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles
Experience within financial services, brokerage, fintech, online trading, or related industries
Good understanding of financial markets and investment products
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce experience is considered an advantage
Knowledge of the Greek retail trading market is considered a strong advantage.
