David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a digital services company providing B2B services including marketing, technology, analytics, and operational support to international brands. They are looking to hire Russian speaking Marketing Manager for their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate with the CMO and media buyers to execute user acquisition campaigns across SEO, PPC and paid social channels
Support the acquisition team in planning and executing email and SMS marketing campaigns
Track, analyse and report on key performance metrics including CAC, LTV, ROI, churn and conversion rates using tools such as Google Analytics or similar
Manage and allocate monthly marketing budgets in line with performance targets
Oversee content production and landing page optimisation including A/B and multivariate testing
Ensure all campaigns and creatives comply with relevant advertising regulations across target markets
Work closely with CRM systems to analyse performance and optimise lifecycle and retention strategies
Monitor competitor activity, GEO performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Prepare and present regular performance reports to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Native / fluent in Russian both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within iGaming or fintech environment
Hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels (paid search, paid social, affiliates or similar)
Strong analytical skills with experience using performance tracking tools and interpreting campaign data
Experience with attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust or similar) is considered an advantage
Familiarity with CRM systems and lifecycle marketing strategies
Degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
