Role Overview
The Affiliate Manager will lead the development, management, and optimization of affiliate partnerships across Latin American markets. Working closely with internal teams and international stakeholders, this role focuses on driving sustainable traffic acquisition, strengthening partner relationships, and delivering measurable revenue growth across the region.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify, engage and manage affiliate partners across LATAM markets including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina and Peru
Build and maintain relationships with affiliates such as websites, influencers, media buyers, streamers and affiliate networks
Review and analyse traffic and performance reports, identify quality issues and provide actionable feedback to improve conversion
Monitor affiliate performance and optimise campaigns to drive sustainable traffic and revenue growth
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to align affiliate activities with ongoing campaigns, bonuses and product updates
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting across affiliate platforms including commissions, postbacks and performance data
Proactively identify suspicious or fraudulent activity and escalate to the relevant stakeholders
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
Represent the company at industry events when required
Take ownership of the affiliate channel, manage daily operations independently and ensure smooth execution across all activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Affiliate Management, ideally with strong exposure to LATAM markets
Solid understanding of key LATAM markets including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Peru
Proven experience managing CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid affiliate models with measurable commercial results
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills with the ability to manage a diverse partner portfolio
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and drive optimization decisions
Fluency in English is required; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong advantage
Willingness to travel to industry conferences and events when needed
Comfortable collaborating across LATAM time zones while being based in Cyprus.
