About the role.
As a German-speaking VIP Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with a portfolio of high-value players. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering a premium, personalised experience that drives loyalty, retention, and long-term value.
This is a key role within the business, where your understanding of player behaviour, proactive mindset, and data-driven approach will directly impact player satisfaction and overall performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-value VIP players

• Monitor daily player activity to identify retention, reactivation, and growth opportunities

• Deliver proactive, highly personalised VIP service via phone, email, and messaging platforms

• Analyse player data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential churn risks

• Collaborate closely with CRM, Payments, and Responsible Gaming teams to ensure a seamless player experience

• Design and coordinate tailored bonuses and offers aligned with player value and behaviour

• Provide insights and feedback to support the ongoing development of the VIP strategy.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native / fluent in German both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a VIP Manager or in a similar role within the iGaming industry

• Proven experience managing VIP portfolios and consistently achieving performance targets

• Strong understanding of player behaviour and lifecycle management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident, engaging, and discreet approach

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and act strategically

• Passion for online gaming, premium customer service, and high-quality player experiences.
