David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a French speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Braga.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Braga, Portugal

Work model: Hybrid

Employment type: Fixed term (6 months) with possibility of extension / permanent contract

About the role.
A fast-growing e-Health platform dedicated to simplifying and improving the daily work of healthcare professionals. The company delivers digital solutions that enhance patient care, streamline workflows, and support healthcare providers through intuitive technology and high-quality service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advise healthcare professionals by phone on the use of the software, handling both incoming requests and proactive outbound calls

• Train users remotely on the company’s services and platform features

• Ensure fast and efficient handling of customer requests received by email

• Answer client questions and provide clear guidance on product usage

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure full customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native / fluent in French (C2) both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level

• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused mindset

• Previous experience in a contact center or customer service environment preferred

• Product or technical support experience considered an advantage

• Interest in or basic knowledge of electric vehicle charging and sustainable energy solutions

• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex issues

• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
