David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager (Product Development) for their Gaming studios. 

Position: Senior Project Manager

Location: in one of the following locations: Belgrade, Serbia / Bucharest, Romania OR Riga, Latvia

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle—from initial planning to release and post-launch evaluation.
• Coordinate effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones, fostering both synchronous and asynchronous collaboration.
• Align cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Operations, and Engineering to ensure project objectives are met.
• Oversee timelines, dependencies, and key delivery milestones across multiple parallel initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, changes, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify potential delivery risks early, recommend mitigation strategies, and drive improvements in project governance, documentation, and communication.
• Ensure transparency, accountability, and clear visibility for all assigned projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management, ideally in a fast-paced, regulated, or live operations environment.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with experience managing both planning and technical execution phases.
• Proven track record of successfully working with geographically distributed teams.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing structure with flexibility.
• Highly organized, analytical, and solutions-oriented, with strong attention to detail and outcome-focused thinking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align teams and influence without direct authority.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365.
