David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Junior AV Technician for their Gaming studios in Belgrade, Serbia.

Position: Junior AV Technician

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and clean technical and studio equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lenses.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of server rooms and storage areas.
• Support the setup and installation of equipment and facilities as required.
• Perform basic wiring and crimping tasks, including connectors such as BNC, RJ45, and XLR.
• Assist in preparing equipment for transport, including packing, labeling, and shipping.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Support general operational tasks to ensure smooth technical workflows.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong proficiency in English (at least B2) in both written and spoken communication.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Basic understanding of photography principles, including aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and exposure.
• Introductory knowledge of camera systems and components.
• Good color vision and adequate hearing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Problem-solving mindset with a creative approach to technical issues.
• Ability to remain calm and adaptable in high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
