David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit an Equipment Integrity Engineer for their Gaming studios in Bucharest, Romania.

Position:  Equipment Integrity Engineer

Location: Bucharest, Romania

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain accurate records of equipment and ensure data is consistently updated in relevant systems.
• Develop and implement strategies for equipment replacement, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Provide technical training and support to colleagues and partners.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot complex equipment issues to ensure operational continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Training, Compliance, HR, Operations) to support smooth processes and adherence to standards.
• Prepare, finalize, and maintain technical and regulatory documentation for all equipment.
• Research, recommend, and advise management on acquisition of new or specialized equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• University degree in a technical, engineering, or related field.
• At least 6 months of relevant work experience.
• Strong technical, mechanical, and electronic knowledge.
• Advanced computer skills (data analysis, reporting, database management).
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Previous experience in equipment or asset management.
• Experience working in a shift-based or 24/7 operational environment.
• Familiarity with health & safety compliance in technical environments.
• Proven ability to anticipate and proactively solve technical challenges.
• Experience contributing to product rollouts or equipment implementation projects.
• Strong teamwork skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
