David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Junior LED Technician for their Gaming studios in Belgrade, Serbia. 

Position:  Junior LED Technician

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in preparing and installing electronic or electrical components, including cables, connectors, and devices, according to project specifications. Conduct basic functionality tests under supervision.
• Support technicians with wiring, crimping, soldering, and labeling tasks. Organize electrical components for efficient workflow.
• Help with the assembly of mechanical or electronic parts such as sensors, motors, and control systems as directed.
• Report any workplace accidents or incidents promptly to management.
• Participate in testing and verification after installation. Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace. Care for tools and equipment during and after use.
• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned to support project goals.

Responsibilities:

• Proficient in English (C1), with strong written and oral skills. 
• Background in installation, assembly, or maintenance of electrical/electronic systems or similar technical fields.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in wiring, crimping, soldering, and testing electronic systems. Familiarity with control systems or electrical panels is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy in performing tasks.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality work.
• Capable of working collaboratively and communicating clearly with team members and supervisors.
