David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who is looking to recruit a Handyman to join their team in Belgrade. 

Position: Handyman

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Employment type: Full-time

Work model: on-site

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform repairs and maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, furniture, and gaming equipment modifications
• Repair doors, windows, plumbing, and office furniture as needed
• Set up and configure studios/offices, including furniture, decor, carpets, and equipment
• Create and set up work surfaces for studio desks
• Receive and deliver packages as requested by the front desk
• Supply areas with water and consumables, ensure cleanliness, and handle waste removal
• Handle heavy objects and operate a forklift when necessary
• Conduct daily inspections of the building (studio/office) to identify defects
• Maintain air conditioning, air purification devices, and other installations, reporting and resolving malfunctions
• Use Microsoft Teams to receive information about faults and facility challenges
• Perform daily duties following procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and smooth operation of studios and offices
• Cover 24/7 working hours in 12-hour shifts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a similar role
• Technical skills in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
