David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading international online gambling and gaming company to recruit a Danish Speaking Customer Service Advisor for their Customer Service Department in Sliema, Malta. The role focuses on providing excellent customer support across betting, payments and account-related enquiries via Live Chat, email and phone.

Position: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Hybrid, Sliema, Malta (office) 

To Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with customers through Live Chat, telephone and email, ensuring clear and efficient communication

• Use internal tools to investigate and resolve customer enquiries, coordinating with various departments and escalating issues within the Customer Service department as needed

• Resolve customer requests and complaints promptly and courteously

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of policies, procedures and licensing requirements to provide accurate information

• Promote and advocate for responsible gambling practices among customers

• Participate in training and ongoing development to continuously build knowledge and skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native / fluent in Danish and strong communication in English, both verbal and written.

• Tech-savvy, with the ability to work with various technologies to investigate, communicate and resolve customer enquiries

• Active listener with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored support

• Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service

• Eagerness to expand personal knowledge and skills

• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy
