David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Danish speaking Customer Service Representative for their office in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Position: Customer Service Representative (Danish)

Location: Larnaca, Cyprus 

Work model: On-site

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide customer support via phone, chat and email across digital communication platforms

• Assist customers with technical issues related to mobile applications and websites

• Troubleshoot common technical and account-related issues and provide clear guidance

• Support enquiries relating to both public and private sector digital services

• Liaise with the relevant platform teams regarding business account enquiries

• Identify customer needs and direct users to the appropriate department or service

• Escalate complex or sector-specific cases to the appropriate internal teams or external partners

• Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards timely resolution

• Maintain a high standard of customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent Danish (C2), both written and spoken

• Good command of English (minimum B2)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous customer service, call centre or technical support experience is preferred but not required

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable providing support across phone, chat and email

• Good technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Customer-focused with the ability to handle complaints professionally

• Ability to learn digital platforms and processes quickly

• Eligible to work in Cyprus as an EU citizen

• Available to work rotational shifts.
