David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading global provider of customer experience and business process outsourcing services that is seeking to onboard a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join their team in Portugal. The successful candidate will provide customer support for a leading global entertainment streaming platform, assisting users with account-related enquiries, billing issues, and technical troubleshooting while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Position: Content Moderator

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide professional and empathetic customer support across available communication channels

• Assist customers with account management, billing enquiries, and technical issues

• Troubleshoot common platform and streaming-related problems and provide effective solutions

• Deliver accurate information regarding products, services, and platform features

• Identify customer needs and resolve enquiries efficiently and professionally

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting quality and performance standards

• Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a customer-focused approach in every interaction

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in Castilian Spanish and a minimum B1 level of English

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable using computers, digital platforms, and online services

• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and explain solutions clearly

• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and willingness to learn

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends

• Previous experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, or a similar role is considered an advantage

• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to mainland Portugal.
