David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Lisbon.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work model: On site
Employment type: Fixed term (6 months) with possibility of extension / permanent contract
Remuneration: Base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide customer support via phone, email, live chat, and social media
Deliver a premium customer experience while representing a globally recognized lifestyle brand
Act as the main point of contact for community members, providing information on membership programs and benefits
Support new member onboarding and answer questions related to community initiatives
Assist customers with inquiries regarding merchandise, apparel, motorcycle parts, and accessories
Share information about upcoming events, community activities, and local dealership initiatives
Support dealership-related inquiries and coordinate with internal teams when required
Resolve customer complaints professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
Accurately document customer interactions using CRM and ticketing systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or fluent Dutch (C2), both written and spoken
Fluent English (B2 minimum)
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
Genuine passion for motorcycles, motorsports, or iconic lifestyle brands (active riders highly preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across multiple support channels
Ability to multitask across phone, email, chat, and social media simultaneously
Experience with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, or customer support tools is an advantage
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced customer support environment.
