David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Lisbon.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work model: On site

Employment type: Fixed term (6 months) with possibility of extension / permanent contract

Remuneration: Base salary 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide customer support via phone, email, live chat, and social media

• Deliver a premium customer experience while representing a globally recognized lifestyle brand

• Act as the main point of contact for community members, providing information on membership programs and benefits

• Support new member onboarding and answer questions related to community initiatives

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding merchandise, apparel, motorcycle parts, and accessories

• Share information about upcoming events, community activities, and local dealership initiatives

• Support dealership-related inquiries and coordinate with internal teams when required

• Resolve customer complaints professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction and brand loyalty

• Accurately document customer interactions using CRM and ticketing systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent Dutch (C2), both written and spoken

• Fluent English (B2 minimum)

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience

• Genuine passion for motorcycles, motorsports, or iconic lifestyle brands (active riders highly preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across multiple support channels

• Ability to multitask across phone, email, chat, and social media simultaneously

• Experience with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, or customer support tools is an advantage

• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer support environment.
