David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German speaking Customer Support Advisor for their office in Gdansk, Poland.  

Position: Customer Support Advisor (German)

Location: Gdansk, Poland

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email for the Airbnb support project

• Provide professional assistance to customers regarding reservations, account-related topics, and service inquiries

• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate solutions using internal tools and processes

• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution according to quality standards

• Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in company systems

• Communicate clearly and professionally with German and English-speaking customers

• Follow internal procedures, client guidelines, and service quality requirements

• Achieve individual and team performance targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent German (C1 level) and English (B2 level) communication skills, written and spoken

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or similar customer-facing experience

• Experience handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email preferred

• Strong communication and active listening skills

• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to handle complaints professionally and efficiently

• Good typing skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable working with customer service tools and digital platforms

• Ability to work in a rotational shift environment, including weekends

• Availability to complete full training attendance requirements.
