David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Swedish speaking Sales & Marketing Executive for their Barcelona office.
Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build strong client and agency relationships through tailored digital marketing strategies that drive performance.
- Deliver consultative guidance to help customers optimize advertising investments and improve ROI.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional digital marketing solutions that support business growth.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Engage proactively with clients via phone, video meetings, and email to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- C2 level Swedish proficiency and strong command of English.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
- Familiarity with Google products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
- Excellent communication, time management, and analytical abilities.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments, with a goal-driven and customer-focused mindset.
- Genuine passion for marketing, technology, and online advertising, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
