David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Portuguese speaking Floor Supervisor for their Gaming studio in Bogota, Colombia. 

Position: Floor Supervisor

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promptly identify and resolve operational or staff-related issues to maintain smooth business continuity.
• Work closely with supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Monitor workplace operations, check equipment, and address any potential risks to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Verify staff presence during scheduled shifts and maintain accurate attendance records.
• Monitor and evaluate employee appearance and conduct to ensure adherence to company policies.
• Supervise staff activities to ensure compliance with established processes, smooth task rotation, and consistent service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in Portuguese (B2 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as proficiency in English (at least B2). 
• Previous experience in a similar operational or supervisory role; experience in gaming or entertainment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with relevant procedures and equipment operations; knowledge of games or interactive services is a plus.
• Proficiency in PC applications (e.g., Microsoft Office 365).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work 24/7 shift schedule, including evenings and weekends.
