Country Manager (Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, and Korea)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Country Manager for their Asia Markets that speaks either Indonesian, Philippines, Thai, Malay or Korean.
Position: Country Manager
Location: Remote within Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand and Korea.
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement market strategies that align with broader regional or organizational goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive client acquisition and strengthen partner networks.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team with clear performance targets and measurable KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, affiliates, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Compliance) to launch tailored campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, including revenue growth, client activity, and partner engagement.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date management of CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Represent the company at local events, conferences, and industry forums to enhance visibility and strengthen partnerships.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level), both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in either Indonesian, Philippine, Malay, Thai, or Korea will be considered a advantageous.
- 6–10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in working with partner networks or affiliates in a regional or international setting.
- Proven leadership experience managing small-to-medium commercial teams.
- Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset with a focus on KPIs and performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
