Business Development Representative (Dutch)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Dutch-speaking Business Development Representative for their Barcelona office.
Position: Business Development Representative
Location: Barcelona, Spain (hybrid role)
Employment type: contract
Renumeration: base salary + perfromance bonus.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive new business by identifying high-potential prospects and achieving quarterly SQO targets
- Execute outbound calls and emails to engage decision-makers, understand needs, and present tailored cloud solutions
- Educate clients on available technologies and align solutions with their business goals
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize conversion rates and overall pipeline performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Native/fluen level of Dutch and strong English communication skills both verbal and written
- Previous experience in outbound or B2B sales, ideally within IT or cloud solutions
- Understanding of cloud computing and consultative sales principles
- Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a phone-based environment
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
