David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Surveillance Controller for their Gaming studios in Bogota, Colombia. 

Position:  Surveillance Controller

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Remuneration: Base salary 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor Live Casino activity in real time to identify high-risk behavior or potential fraud
• Ensure the security, compliance, and fairness of gaming tables and technical equipment
• Detect suspicious betting patterns and escalate issues according to internal protocols
• Collect and consolidate surveillance data for in-depth risk analysis
• Collaborate with Risk and Operations teams to assess potential threats and maintain game integrity
• Prepare clear and concise reports on trends, irregularities, and emerging risks
• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold high standards of professional integrity
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners
• Support daily operational activities and initiatives led by the Team Lead or Manager
• Accurately document irregularities, suspicious behavior, and operational observations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. Fluency in additional languages, such as Portuguese, is a plus
• Recent graduate or final-year student in technical or analytical fields such as computer science, engineering, or business
• Strong understanding of online gaming operations, particularly Live Casino products
• Willingness to work 9-hour shifts, including nights and weekends, in a 24/7 environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure
• High ethical standards and professional integrity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Fluency in additional languages, such as Portuguese, is a plus
• Familiarity with surveillance tools, security systems, or data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is an advantage
• Previous internship or academic experience in surveillance, security, or risk-related fields is desirable.
