About the role:

This role plays a key part in ensuring the professional, on-camera appearance of our team through expert hairdressing and makeup supervision. You’ll oversee daily stylist operations, maintain high-quality visual standards, and support continuous improvements across the studio environment. Working closely with a diverse team, you’ll manage stock, coordinate schedules, conduct practical interviews, and contribute to projects that elevate both appearance standards and overall employee experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on beauty expertise who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversees stock control for stylist materials and uniforms, ensuring accurate inventory management and strict adherence to internal procedures.
• Manages daily team operations, including attendance monitoring, scheduling, and holiday planning, to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Ensures timely restocking, analyzes inventory movements, and identifies trends or potential issues to support proactive decision-making.
• Conducts research and testing projects to improve the on-camera appearance of dealers and ensure high-quality visual standards.
• Leads practical interviews for potential makeup artists to assess hands-on skills and suitability.
• Drives continuous improvement by identifying new approaches that enhance team quality and productivity while coordinating related projects.
• Contributes to company development by proposing measures that improve appearance standards, customer experience, and operational procedures.
• Upholds professional responsibility by maintaining confidentiality, using company resources appropriately, complying with legislation and procedures, and collaborating with health and safety personnel to prevent incidents.
• Reports any operational deficiencies or incidents to line managers promptly

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Minimum 1 year of experience and a professional certificate or diploma in makeup artistry or hairstyling.
• PC literacy and ability to manage scheduling and communication effectively.
• Willingness to work various shifts in a 24/7 environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with diverse personalities and cultures.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and self-discipline skills to maintain high appearance standards and handle employee interactions professionally.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365.
