David Kennedy Recruitment is working with an award-winning multi-licensed, broker who offers online CFD trading on FX, crypto, oil, metals, shares, and indices and seeking to onboard a Retention Agent to join their team in Limassol, Cyprus.  

Position: Retention Agent 

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Remuneration: base salary. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of clients assigned at the initial stage of engagement.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by offering personalized support and assistance.
• Improve client retention by providing consistent value and fostering trust.
• Encourage increased client engagement and deposits through proactive communication and strategic support.
• Deliver training and educational support related to financial trading platforms and instruments.
• Maintain a structured schedule for client interactions, including calls, follow-ups, and meetings.
• Consistently meet or exceed performance and retention targets in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Be available to work flexible hours, including occasional non-standard shifts as required.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• 2–3 years of experience in client retention, account management, or a related sales-focused role, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline (preferred but not required).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Solid understanding of financial trading products, including CFDs and Forex markets.
• Familiarity with trading platforms such as MT4 and MT5.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-based environment.
• Willingness to work full-time from a designated office location.
