David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Operations Manager for their Gaming studios in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Position: Operations Manager 

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and implement operational strategies for the Bulgarian market in alignment with global standards
• Lead the setup and ongoing management of the Live Casino studio, ensuring timely delivery of projects
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high service quality
• Build and manage a high-performing team while fostering a strong, positive workplace culture
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment and retention strategies tailored to local market needs
• Optimize workflows, resource allocation, and performance through data-driven improvements
• Ensure full compliance with Bulgarian laws, manage risk, and maintain legal documentation
• Oversee budgeting, vendor relations, and facility operations to ensure cost-effective delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bulgarian
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred
• Professional certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma are an advantage
• Proven leadership experience in operations, ideally in the iGaming or entertainment industry
• Experience with studio setup, workflow optimization, and regulatory compliance in Bulgaria
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and improvement-focused mindset
• Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
