David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Facility Supervisor for their Gaming studios in Belgrade, Serbia. 

Position: Facility Supervisor

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Remuneration: Base salary 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of workplace facilities, including building systems and infrastructure. Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects

• Manage internal teams and external service providers (e.g., maintenance, cleaning, front desk) to maintain service quality and operational continuity

• Maintain up-to-date records, oversee contract administration, review vendor invoices, and ensure compliance with organizational policies

• Facilitate employee relocation, manage housing logistics, and oversee property inspections, maintenance, and lease agreements

• Oversee procurement and lifecycle management of office assets and supplies. Monitor expenses and propose cost-effective solutions

• Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support daily operations, onboard new employees, and address facility-related concerns.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication

• Minimum of 2 years in facilities or property management or a related field

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset

• Familiarity with facilities management principles, infrastructure systems, and proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools, as well as advanced proficiency in Excel

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to lead teams, manage vendors

• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment

• Detail-oriented with a service-driven approach.
