David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Gaming Equipment Administrator for their Gaming studios in Belgrade, Serbia.
Position: Gaming Equipment Administrator
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the full lifecycle of gaming equipment, including replacement of obsolete machines and assets
Support the development, testing, and rollout of new equipment and products across studio operations
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical and equipment-related issues
Evaluate technical solutions and recommend the most suitable options based on operational requirements
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, compliance records, and regulatory paperwork
Deliver technical training and guidance to equipment specialists across multiple studio locations
Manage preventive maintenance schedules and support field operations activities
Maintain equipment databases, update system records, and analyse operational data
Identify equipment performance issues and implement practical improvement solutions
Provide regular project and operational updates to the line manager
Support procurement decisions for high-value and specialised equipment purchases.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent English and Serbian, both written and spoken
Technical background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar field
Hands-on experience working with machinery, technical equipment, or industrial systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment lifecycle management
Ability to read, maintain, and manage technical documentation
Strong computer literacy and proficiency with standard PC applications
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work rotating shifts across all three shift patterns.
