David Kennedy Recruitment, on behalf of our FinTech client, is seeking for Dutch speaking Customer Support Representative to join their growing team in Limassol.

Position: Customer Support Representative

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Work model: on-site

Employment type: Employment contract

Remuneration: base salary + bonuses.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with customers via live chat and email, providing timely and professional support
• Maintain a courteous, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude at all times
• Acknowledge, investigate, and resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently
• Stay up to date on product terms, offers, and features to support customers effectively
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
• Conduct initial investigations to assist in resolving customer concerns.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent / native in Dutch both verbal & written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective collaboration
• Eligible to work in Cyprus (no Visa support provided)
• Solid computer literacy and fast, accurate typing skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in online customer support will be considered as an advantage
• Ability to work on a rotating shift basis (Monday–Friday): 09 AM – 06 PM, 01 PM – 10 PM, 04 PM – 01 AM. 40 hours work per week.
