David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Dutch speaking Customer Support Representative to support customers of an e-commerce platform.

Position: Customer Support Representative 

Location: Budapest, Hungary 

Work model: on-site

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonuses (after 3rd month of employment). 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly, efficiently, and within agreed timeframes.
• Develop and maintain a solid understanding of company products and services.
• Handle customer correspondence professionally and in accordance with company guidelines.
• Accurately record all customer interactions following established procedures.
• Maintain and update administrative records and documentation as required.
• Reference product resources or manuals to guide customers toward suitable solutions.
• Provide customer support across different regions and languages, ensuring clear and effective communication in English when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native / fluent in Dutch (C1) both verbal and written. Good command in English (minimum B2 level).
• High school diploma or an equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
• High motivation and enthusiastic approach, self-organized.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced organisation.
• Good numerical and reasoning skills.
