David Kennedy Recruitment is working with "Top Workplace" tech business outsourcing company who is looking to hire a Spanish speaking Inside Sales Representative. As an Inside Sales Representative, this role will promote a world-class business marketing tool on the EMEA market. 

Position: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland

Work model: Hybrid, 2 days in the office 

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively reach out to potential customers through various communication channels, including email, phone calls, and social media.
• Research and qualify leads to build a strong pipeline of sales prospects.
• Drive business growth by effectively presenting product offerings and closing sales.
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking of sales progress.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to optimize lead conversion and revenue growth.
• Identify upselling opportunities to enhance product adoption within existing accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Promote products and services to generate interest and raise awareness among potential clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Spanish and English (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. 
• At least 12 months of experience in outbound sales, preferably in technology or service-related industries.
• Prior experience in the software, technology, or services sector is a plus.
• Strong skills in prospecting, lead discovery, and delivering presentations.
• Solutions-focused with a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and meet sales targets.
• Tech-savvy with an interest in innovative solutions.
• Independent, adaptable, and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to communicate technical and business value propositions clearly through phone and email.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
