David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Team Leader Gaming Equipment Administrator for their offices in Bogota, Colombia.
Position: Team Leader Gaming Equipment Administrator
Location: Bogota, Colombia
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee all activities related to gaming equipment administration and inventory management
Maintain accurate records of gaming items including cards, dice, roulette wheels, card shoes and transport boxes
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all tables and setups are properly equipped and in excellent condition
Plan and manage the replacement of outdated or damaged equipment, ensuring full traceability and proper documentation
Manage purchase orders and provide administrative support for logistics and supply operations
Lead, motivate and guide a team of analysts, defining workflows and evaluating performance
Prepare reports on equipment condition, maintenance indicators and team productivity
Provide daily operational updates and performance feedback to management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in English with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader position within logistics, warehouse, operations or gaming environments
Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and develop teams
Strong Excel skills and ability to prepare and analyse operational reports
Highly organised, detail-oriented and reliable, with strong integrity and problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working under pressure and in a 24/7 shift rotation environment.
