David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Sales Development Representative for their Barcelona office. 

Position: Sales Development Representative

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary 

Contract type: full time. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets while maximizing sales opportunities on every call.
• Use scripts and/or probing techniques to assess customer needs and recommend the most suitable product or service.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products, pricing, promotions, and internal procedures.
• Ensure that service delivery aligns with contractual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Greet customers courteously, professionally, and in accordance with established procedures.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed account records as required.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and improving sales performance.
• Address billing inquiries by explaining the details of customer accounts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Solid Sales Background
• Fluent English at native level,with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
• Strong communication skills
• Strong focus on achieving goals and driving results
• Proficient in computer skills and technology use
• Motivated and self-starter
• Dynamic and Energetic
