David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who is looking to recruit a Hygienist/Cleaner to join their team in Belgrade. 

Position: Hygienist/Cleaner

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Employment type: Full-time

Work model: on-site

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain cleanliness in offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas
• Vacuum, dust, and clean furniture and surfaces
• Clean interior windows and glass surfaces
• Wash and disinfect bathroom fixtures and surfaces
• Manage waste disposal and maintain waste management procedures
• Ensure cleaning equipment is functional
• Ventilate spaces to create a pleasant atmosphere
• Replenish cleaning supplies and consumables in designated areas
• Report any issues or malfunctions to superiors
• Follow safety standards during cleaning tasks
• Water and care for indoor plants
• Perform tasks as per the daily plan in accordance with procedures
• Cover 24/7 working hours in 12-hour shifts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning
• Responsibility, discipline, and precision in task execution
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
