David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading investment firm offering Forex and CFD trading company. We are looking to recruit a Back Office Officer for their team.

Position:  Back Office Officer 

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Working schedule: shift rotation 24/7,  40 hours a week

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Processing and reviewing deposits and withdrawals, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Assisting with Know Your Customer (KYC) checks for payments to meet regulatory standards
• Addressing and resolving both internal and external inquiries related to payment transactions
• Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes, systems, and controls
• Supporting the auditing and reconciliation of payment transactions to maintain financial integrity
• Responding promptly to client emails regarding payment-related queries
• Handling payment-related questions and issues efficiently and professionally

REQUIREMENTS:

• A degree from a recognised college or university
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional customer service abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good overall computer skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Must have the legal right to work in Cyprus
