David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard a Polish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join their teams in Lisbon and support customers of well-known clothing brands.

Position: Customer Support Advisor

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle all incoming contacts from customers through phone, chat and email

• Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues

• Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information

• Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• C1 level of Polish and B2 English, both oral and written

• Passionate about customers and customer service

• Problem-solving skills

• Upbeat and positive attitude

• Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity.

OFFER:

• Relocation support with a room

• Temporary, renewable working contract

• 40 Hours per week work on a rotating shift pattern from Monday to Sunday, from 7 am to 5 PM, but it might go up until 10 PM on peak seasons

• Two weeks training compensated 50%

• Holiday entitlement according to Portuguese law with 22 days off per year

• Initial employment contract with a duration of 12 months

• Subsequent extension of one more contract for 12 months
