David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Tech outsourcing company that is looking to recruit French speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist for their offices in Lisbon.
Position: Technical Customer Support Specialist
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer technical support queries through chat, phone and email
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns in order to understand customer requirements
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
- Troubleshoot basic and routine customer issues that are of technical nature
- Redirect calls to field engineering support if a field support visit is required
- Escalate to next level of problem resolution process through the required tool/resource as required by process.
- Fluent in French and English, both oral and written
- Minimum of 6 months working in Tech Support/B2B ideally, self-troubleshooting or similar
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Excellent communication skills with ability to emphasize with the client
- Comfortable communicating using various channels (telephone, email, chat)
- Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
- Analytical mindset with great critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- High School Diploma is required. College degree will be considered as an advantage.
