David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a Cyprus-based digital services company that is looking to recruit a Russian-speaking Marketing Affiliate Manager to join their team in Limassol. This is an independent role focused on developing and managing affiliate partnerships across Latin American markets, optimizing traffic performance and supporting sustainable acquisition and revenue growth within the iGaming sector.

Position: Marketing Affiliate Manager

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Work model: on-site, 100% (possible 3 month period remotely at start)

Employment type: full-time.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and manage affiliate partnerships across LATAM markets, including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina and Peru

• Reach out to and coordinate with affiliate partners, websites, influencers, media buyers, streamers and affiliate networks

• Review traffic reports and analyze affiliate performance metrics

• Identify traffic quality issues and provide performance-based feedback to partners

• Coordinate with Marketing and CRM teams to align affiliate promotions with product campaigns, bonuses and market launches

• Maintain accurate affiliate tracking platforms, including commissions, postbacks and reporting

• Identify suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity and escalate issues to the relevant internal teams

• Prepare weekly and monthly affiliate performance reports for management

• Identify opportunities to improve affiliate conversion and channel performance

• Manage multiple affiliate partners, activities and deadlines independently

• Represent partner projects at relevant industry events and conferences when required.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing or a related role

• iGaming experience is a strong advantage

• Familiarity with affiliate commercial models, including CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid deals

• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and performance metrics

• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into clear actions

• Fluent Russian and good command of English, both written and spoken

• Spanish language skills are an advantage

• Good understanding of LATAM affiliate markets and ecosystems is advantageous

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Highly organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple partners and deadlines

• Independent and proactive working style with strong ownership and accountability

• Comfortable identifying issues early and taking action without close supervision

• Based in or willing to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus.
