As part of their expansion plans, they are seeking passionate individuals to join them as a Customer Service Representative (Retail) at Faro Airport, Portugal.

Position:  Customer Service Representative (Retail)

Location: Faro Airport, Portugal

Work model: On-side

Employment type: Full-time – perm contract. 
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional service

• Manage golf club collections, rentals and returns

• Process customer bookings and payments accurately

• Respond to customer enquiries and provide information about rental services

• Check and prepare golf equipment before collection

• Ensure returned equipment is processed and stored correctly

• Maintain a clean, organised and presentable shop environment

• Support smooth day-to-day store operations during busy periods. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent/Native in English (C1), both written and oral. 

• Previous retail or customer service experience (Customer Facing is highly advantageous) as well as a high level of interest or knowledge of Golf

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused with a friendly and professional approach

• Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently

• Ability to work efficiently within a busy airport environment

• Flexible to work rostered shifts, including weekends when required

• Eligible to live and work in Portugal

• Able to commute reliably to Faro Airport.
