David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a German speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Porto.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Porto, Portugal

Work model: on-site

Employment type: fixed term (6 months) with possibility of extension / permanent contract

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage creator leads and promote the benefits of the platform’s monetisation features

• Guide creators through the complete onboarding and activation process to ensure a smooth transition into the monetisation ecosystem

• Support creators with the technical setup required to activate monetisation features

• Apply consultative sales and negotiation techniques to overcome objections and drive successful onboarding outcomes

• Build strong relationships with creators through professional and proactive communication via phone and email

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate data validation and account security

• Achieve individual conversion targets while maintaining agreed service levels and quality standards

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and onboarding activities within internal systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or near-native German or Italian, both written and spoken (C2)

• Good command of English, both written and spoken (B2)

• Previous experience in telemarketing, outbound sales or a contact centre environment is preferred

• Experience handling high-volume outbound calling campaigns

• Strong sales, persuasion and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital advertising

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and influence decisions

• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to achieve KPIs, conversion targets and quality standards.
