As part of their sustained growth, we are looking for a Casino Operations & Product Specialist to join its team in Limassol, Cyprus.

Position: Casino Operations & Product Specialist

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the day-to-day operations of the online casino platform

• Monitor casino promotions, bonus configurations, and operational processes

• Review player journeys, including registration, deposits, gameplay, bonuses, and withdrawals

• Identify operational issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams

• Improve backend processes and operational workflows to enhance efficiency

• Assist with product updates, enhancements, and operational projects

• Test new features, payment methods, promotions, and backend functionality before release

• Raise, monitor, and follow up on product requests, bugs, and improvement tickets

• Ensure product updates and operational changes are communicated across relevant teams

• Work closely with CRM, VIP, Customer Support, and external providers on product-related initiatives

• Review competitor offerings and recommend practical product and operational improvements

• Support initiatives aimed at improving the overall player experience and customer journey.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2–3 years of experience within the iGaming industry

• Previous experience in Casino Operations, Product Support, CRM Operations, or a similar role

• Strong understanding of online casino platforms and backend systems

• Knowledge of casino bonuses, promotions, payment processes, and player journeys

• Experience using operational tools, ticketing systems, and backend platforms

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Availability to work full-time on-site in Limassol, Cyprus.
