Their mission is to simplify trading complexities and deliver excellence to clients across multiple continents and countries. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the dealing operations and managing the risk associated with trading activities in the forex financial company. 


Position: FX Sales Retention Agent with Arabic

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + Commission and Full Relocation 


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote company products and services to prospective and existing clients

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships within the FX/CFD trading environment

• Convert high-quality leads into active, retained customers

• Drive client retention and increase lifetime value through proactive engagement

• Provide continuous high-level service and support to clients

• Monitor financial markets and stay updated on relevant industry developments

• Handle client objections effectively and support conversion and retention goals

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent Arabic (written and spoken)

• Fluent English (minimum B2 level)

• Previous experience in retention within the Forex & CFD industry (mandatory)

• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading products

• Ability to work towards targets and deadlines

• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills

• Computer literacy and ability to work with CRM/sales systems

• Analytical mindset with basic mathematical understanding

• Experience in FX sales, trading support, or client relationship management

• Familiarity with financial trading platforms and brokerage environments

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Experience working in performance-driven sales environments
