David Kennedy Recruitment is working with an award-winning multi-licensed, broker who offers online CFD trading on FX, crypto, oil, metals, shares, and indices and seeking to onboard Finance & Payments Manager (Back Office) to join their team in Athens.
Position: Finance & Payments Manager (Back Office)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and monitor daily payment operations across multiple payment channels and providers
Support internal Sales and Operations teams with processing client payments and recommending suitable payment solutions
Maintain communication with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to resolve operational issues and optimise payment performance
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new PSPs and payment solutions to improve payment capabilities
Handle onboarding and integration processes for new payment partners and gateways
Oversee wire transfers, card payment processing, SEPA payments, and cryptocurrency transactions
Monitor payment flows and troubleshoot operational or technical payment-related issues
Provide guidance to internal teams regarding payment methods, gateways, and operational best practices
Maintain accurate transaction records, payment documentation, and provider-related information
Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and external partners within a fast-paced FX/fintech environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in English with stong verbal and writing skills
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
High level of computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems and platforms
Tech-savvy mindset with ability to quickly learn new tools and payment technologies
Good understanding of SWIFT, IBAN, SEPA payments, card payment processing, and cryptocurrency transactions
Previous experience working with or managing PSPs (Payment Service Providers)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Professional communication skills for handling external partner communication via email and calls
Ability to work under pressure within operational environment
Team-oriented and proactive mindset
Previous experience within FX, fintech, online payments, or financial services considered a strong advantage
Familiarity with KYC or compliance-related processes considered a plus.
