David Kennedy Recruitment is working with an award-winning multi-licensed, broker who offers online CFD trading on FX, crypto, oil, metals, shares, and indices and seeking to onboard English speaking Retention Agent to join their team in Athens.

Position: Retention Agent 

Location: Athens, Greece

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and retain a portfolio of UK-based clients

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients via phone and email

• Drive deposits, re-deposits, and trading activity

• dentify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services

• Provide market insights and platform guidance to clients

• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements (FCA / ESMA)

• Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets

• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

• Collaborate with internal teams including compliance and support.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Native / fluent in English with good communication skills

• Proven experience as a Retention Agent in a regulated Forex/CFD company

• Strong experience working with UK clients

• Excellent closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills

• Solid understanding of financial markets and trading platforms

• Ability to work under strict regulatory frameworks

• Target-driven with a consistent track record of performance

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Must be currently based in Athens, Greece.
