David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Croatian speaking Solution Assessment Consultant for their office in Athens.  

Position: Solution Assessment Consultant

Location: Athens, Greece

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the key technical expert for solution assessment execution and customer support activities

• Support customers with 1st party and 3rd party ISV assessment tools within the Solution Assessment program

• Prepare technical insights and business scenarios to support solution recommendations and customer outcomes

• Scope technical and security designs for customer solutions and recommend suitable migration paths

• Build customer migration and consumption plans aligned with business and technical requirements

• Support implementation requirement gathering and pricing calculations for proposed solutions and services

• Coordinate migration plan handovers with migration partners and internal account teams

• Deliver solution assessments while consistently meeting performance and productivity targets

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders within an international and multicultural environment

• Support customers throughout technical pre-sales and solution evaluation processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Croatian both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)

• 5–8 years of experience in solution sales, technical sales, pre-sales, or solution consulting

• Strong Azure knowledge is highly preferred

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree in IT, Communications, Marketing, or related field considered an advantage

• Strong understanding of technical solution assessments and migration planning

• Fluent Croatian with good English communication skills

• Strong customer communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Commercially driven mindset with ability to create and close business opportunities

• Self-motivated and proactive attitude

• Team player with ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural environments

• Valid Greek work authorization required for non-EU candidates.
