David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a globally recognized, multi-regulated financial brokerage firm that offers online multi-asset and CFD trading across forex, crypto, stocks, commodities, indices, and other global markets, providing traders with advanced platforms, expert insights, and secure trading solutions, and is seeking to onboard a Country/Regional Manager based in LATAM.
Position: Country/Regional Manager
Work model and location: Remote within LATAM
Employment type: Full-time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute the overall market strategy for LATAM
• Drive client acquisition, deposits, and trading volume growth
• Build, manage, and scale a high-performing IB and affiliate network
• Establish strategic partnerships within trading communities and fintech ecosystems
• Lead local sales and business development initiatives
• Represent the business as the key market ambassador in LATAM.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
Proven experience within FX, CFD, or online trading environments
Strong existing network of IBs, affiliates, or trading communities in LATAM
Background in roles such as Country Manager, Head of Sales/Business Development, or Senior Affiliate/IB Manager
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and client acquisition
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale operations independently
Comfortable operating in a performance-driven, high-ownership environment.
