About the role.
The Physical Security Technology Manager supports the Global Security function by leading the design, standardization, and implementation of physical security technologies across global locations. This role acts as the technical authority, ensuring systems are scalable, compliant, and seamlessly integrated into a modern workplace.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the subject matter expert for physical security technologies, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and visitor management systems
Design and lead global initiatives to standardize, modernize, and optimize security technologies across all locations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Facilities, IT, AV, Cybersecurity, and Operations on new builds, upgrades, and renovations
Provide technical guidance to ensure system compatibility, performance, and compliance with regulatory and corporate security standards
Manage external vendors responsible for installation, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring quality and consistency
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and внед adopting emerging and AI-driven security technologies
Support global deployments through travel, ensuring consistent implementation standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in English (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
Degree or certification in electronic engineering or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in physical security technology, including design, integration, installation, and vendor management
Proven experience with access control systems, video management platforms, intrusion detection, and alarms
Project management experience supporting builds, expansions, or renovations in international environments
Ability to work across multiple time zones
Willingness to travel internationally (20–30%).
