David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a digital services company providing B2B services including marketing, technology, analytics, and operational support to international brands. They are looking to hire a Marketing Manager for their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Position: Marketing Manager

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Work model: on-site, 100%

Employment type: full-time under SLA.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC (Google Ads, affiliates), social media, email, and SMS

• Analyze and optimizes key metrics including CAC, LTV, ROI, and churn using tools such as GA, Amplitude, and Tableau

• Manage monthly marketing budgets up to $500K and ensures efficient allocation across channels

• Oversee content strategy, A/B testing initiatives, and promotional activities in line with regulatory requirements

• Manage a team of 5-10 marketing specialists

• Collaborate with Product, CRM, and Development teams to improve acquisition and retention strategies

• Coordinate with internal marketing and analytics teams as well as external stakeholders including Payments, Risk, CRM, and Compliance

• Monitor performance across key markets including EU, LATAM, and Asia and provides actionable insights.

Requirements

• Native / fluent in English, both verbal and written

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming and performance marketing

• Proven success in scaling to 50K+ monthly depositors

• Brings an existing portfolio of active affiliates

• Strong knowledge of tools such as AppsFlyer or Adjust and Braze or Klaviyo

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities

• Previous experience in managining / supervising marketing teams will be considered as an advantage

• Has affiliate network experience considered an advantage.
