David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit an Professional Photographer and Videographer for Social Media to join their team in Bucharest, Romania.

Position:  Professional Photographer and Videographer for Social Media

Location: Bucharest, Romania

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and deliver high-quality photo and video content for social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn

• Own the full content process from brief and concept to shooting, editing, and final delivery

• Handle lighting, framing, on-set execution, and creative direction for social-first visuals

• Translate campaign objectives into engaging short-form and digital storytelling formats

• Adapt content into multiple outputs including reels, cutdowns, stories, thumbnails, and teasers

• Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to align on campaign goals and timelines

• Maintain consistent visual quality and branding across all content

• Manage shooting schedules, file organisation, and content delivery workflows

• Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and performance-driven creative approaches.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in photography, videography, or digital content creation

• Proven hands-on experience producing social media content for brands or campaigns

• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and short-form visual storytelling

• Experience with professional cameras such as Canon, Sony, or Blackmagic (Blackmagic is a strong advantage)

• Must-have experience using DaVinci Resolve for editing (Premiere Pro or Final Cut as a plus)

• Strong portfolio showcasing social media-focused photo and video work (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

• Ability to independently manage shoots and creative execution end-to-end

• Fluent in both English and Romanian

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, content-driven environments

• On-site availability, full-time, five days per week.
