David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Senior LED Coordinator for their Gaming studios in Belgrade, Serbia.

About the role.
The Senior LED Coordinator will oversee the planning, production, and installation of LED systems within studio environments. This role combines strong technical expertise, hands-on coordination, and team leadership to ensure LED projects are delivered on time, to specification, and in line with safety standards and internal procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and evaluate LED projects, including strip types, quantities, power consumption, and control systems

• Manage materials and inventory by organizing orders, checking stock availability, and preparing components for installation

• Perform technical calculations for electrical loads, power supplies, DMX controllers, and current requirements

• Coordinate internal production and preparation of LED strips, connectors, and related equipment

• Supervise installation of LED systems, cabling, electrical panels, power sources, and controllers, including post-installation testing

• Report completed installations for quality control and ensure all systems meet required standards

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, proper equipment use, and immediate reporting of incidents or malfunctions

• Implement clear documentation and labeling for cables, controllers, power sources, and panels

• Lead and coordinate technical teams for studio-based projects and travel assignments when required

• Maintain cleanliness and a professional working environment during and after installations

• Support additional tasks assigned by management to improve operations and project delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication

• Proven experience coordinating or installing LED systems in technical or production environments

• Strong technical knowledge of LED strips, power supplies, DMX controllers, and electrical systems

• Ability to calculate electrical loads, manage materials, and oversee complex installations

• Experience leading and coordinating technical teams

• High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance

• Proactive, reliable, and accountable working style

• PC literacy with solid technical and analytical skills

• Minimum high school diploma.
