About the role.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting professional to join a stable and growing organisation. This role offers exposure to international entities, hands-on involvement in management reporting, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, professional environment that values accuracy, integrity, and long-term development.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain full accounting records for entities registered in BVI, Cyprus, and the Marshall Islands
• Prepare quarterly management accounts for BVI entities
• Produce and review internal management reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
• Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage petty cash with accurate documentation
• Support management with ad-hoc accounting tasks and special projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Native/Fluent Greek (C1) and English (C1), both written and spoken
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of IFRS reporting standards
• Solid understanding of financial instruments, including bonds and securities
• Experience with SDC and GHS payments related to rental activities
• Proficiency in SAP, CaseWare, and Cycom
• Advanced Excel skills and strong command of MS Office tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organisational, time management, and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism, responsibility, and integrity.
