What You'll Be Doing

• Source, engage and qualify candidates within Thailand or South Korea

• Build talent pipelines for high-volume and specialist recruitment projects

• Manage candidates through screening, interview coordination and offer stages

• Utilise LinkedIn, job boards, social media and networking channels to identify talent

• Provide local market intelligence and recruitment insights

• Work closely with DKR's delivery team to achieve hiring targets

• Maintain candidate records and activity within our recruitment systems

What We're Looking For

✔ Previous recruitment, sourcing or talent acquisition experience

✔ Native Thai or Korean speaker with strong English communication skills

✔ Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement abilities

✔ Strong understanding of your local labour market

✔ Self-motivated, organised and capable of working independently

✔ Driven by results and motivated by commission-based earnings

✔ Experience recruiting internationally is highly advantageous
