David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading multinational technology BPO business which is looking to recruit a Finnish speaking Fashion Support Consultant in Malaga. 

Position: Fashion Support Consultant

Location: Malaga, Spain (on-site)

Work model: on-site

Employment type: Full-time. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle incoming customer interactions through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, voicemail, or automated alerts).
• Record and update customer details and case information in the call or ticket management system.
• Provide timely responses and effective resolutions in line with established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and client-specific applications.
• Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or supervisors when necessary.
• Follow established processes, procedures, and quality standards for service delivery.
• Complete required administrative tasks accurately and on time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in Finnish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency.
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.
• Ability to take ownership of cases and see them through to resolution or appropriate escalation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with adaptability to different customer situations.
• Basic technical knowledge of IT systems, such as Windows, Microsoft Office, and internet configurations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
